Founded in May 2016, our non-governmental organization is committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of Children and Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Nigeria.
Association for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities of Nigeria (AIDDN) is a collective force, comprising Parents/Carers, Persons with IDD, Professionals, Caregivers, NGOs, and committed individuals working together to make a positive impact. As a registered entity with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities, we stand as a beacon for change and inclusivity.
