Observations: The virtual platform functioned properly post-training, and the timeline extension granted by the Board was crucial to overcoming initial registration delays. Despite moderate turnout, the participation met the minimum validity threshold, ensuring a credible process.

Recommendations for Future Elections: The committee recommends starting delegate registration earlier and enforcing strict deadlines. They also suggest improving voter sensitization to counter apathy, ensuring earlier IT system deployment, and providing clearer communication regarding dues compliance.
