Association for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities of Nigeria (AIDDN)

AIDDN is a collective force, comprising Parents/Carers, Persons with IDD, Professionals, Caregivers, NGOs, and committed individuals working together to make a positive impact. As a registered entity with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC), the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), and Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD), we stand as a beacon for change and inclusivity.

At AIDDN, we are more than an organization; we are a dedicated community working towards creating a society where every person, regardless of their abilities, can live a better life and achieve their full potential. Founded in May 2016, our non-governmental organization is committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of Children and Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Nigeria.
